Lisa Nemzo is an internationally renowned songwriter, musician, producer, director, and book writer. Her involvement in creative projects is deeply rooted in a commitment to causes that benefit the greater good, including support for the earth, veterans, and survivors of domestic abuse. Lisa’s work aims to facilitate healing and address generational trauma, through music and storytelling. As the co-creator of I Am Alive, Lisa Nemzo has contributed significantly to projects that honor personal and collective histories. Her songs have received notable recognition, with entries into the Smithsonian Institute representing the best of folk music of the 1990s. Lisa's award-winning music videos, “Reach” and “Arlington,” have been featured by the David Lynch Foundation’s Operation Wellness Warrior initiative. These works have played a role in assisting returning veterans, particularly those experiencing PTSD. Through these creative efforts, Lisa Nemzo continues to use her artistry to support and uplift individuals facing adversity.
